User Research
I'm passionate about user research because it's
essential to building products that people actually
want. When we fail to conduct user research, we're
basing our decisions on assumptions instead of
actual data.
Design process
My approach is holistic: I'm not just a designer I'm
also a strategist and problem solver who loves
working with teams to find solutions that are
unique, tailored, and delightful—and also scalable,
cost-effective, and efficient.
Design Thinking
Design thinking involves the whole team working
together from ideation to implementation. It allows
us to think about how to approach a problem, instead
of relying on our own individual skillsets.
User Testing
I have found that user testing has been an essential
part of my process for creating new products. User
testing helps me get feedback from real people about
what they like, what they don't like, and why they
feel that way. This information allows me to make
changes based on what users really need rather than
solely relying on assumptions.
